Returns & Refunds
At GTBS Candles, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at steve@gtbscandles.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Customized or sale items are non-returnable.
